Yes. Upon engagement with your Referral, ETC will conduct a validation call where the Referral must acknowledge that you have made known of such a programme to them.
If the validation is successful, you will be notified via the email address provided in the referral form.
If the validation is unsuccessful, where your Referral did not consent/acknowledge for their details to be shared or you did not make known of such a programme to them, the entire referral submission will be invalidated.
Yes, you can choose to receive any portion of the proceeds while donating the rest (e.g. donating 50% of it and retaining the other 50%) by indicating it on the form.
However, on the portion of the donation, you may only select 1 organisation from the list for each round of donation (the frequency is once every quarter).
No, you may only select from within a list of organisations that ETC has shortlisted.

No. Donations to the selected charity organisation will be made in the name of ETC and not in any personal capacity e.g., tax reliefs/exemptions.
No, the sole mode of payment is via PayNow. ETC reserves the rights for non-payment should the mobile number provided is not linked to PayNow.
Yes, you may nominate another beneficiary of your choice. Updates will go to the referrer but payment will go to the appointed beneficiary.
